4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee.

  • Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment without penalty.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of your payment or deposit.

  • You will treat service providers and customer support with respect and professionalism.
