By booking a service with TidyNation, you agree to the following terms:

1. Appointments must be scheduled in advance and confirmed.

2. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours’ notice.

3. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be charged either the full service amount or forfeit your non-refundable deposit, depending on your booking type.

4. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

5. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or improperly installed fixtures.

6. Recurring service discounts are applied after the first completed cleaning.
